Sometimes you just gotta burn the whole thing down. When the scars aren’t visible but the wounds are still there, when a thousand forbidden lines have been crossed, when you’re done with all the lies you tell yourself — that’s when the goodbye is for real. In “The Goodbye I Have Said,” there’s no doubt it’s over. Raw, sparse, driving, it’ll leave dust in the mouths of anyone who’s crossed that line and empower anyone who’s had enough.
